Kimbeley Chelliah

Kimbeley started swimming at seven years old, representing Sarawak. She went on to win SEA Games swimming bronze medals in 2001 and 2003 as part of the relay team.

She later moved into triathlon, winning back-to-back SEA Games gold medals in 2005 and 2007. In 2010, she represented Malaysia in track cycling at the Asian Games.

In 2014, while training for the 2015 SEA Games, Kimbeley was hit by a car. She was in and out of a coma for eight days and hospitalised for a month. From there, she rebuilt her body and her belief. She went on to co-found DailyMuscle LightHouse with her husband, Noel.

Twelve years after the accident, in 2026, Kimbeley returned to elite competition. She and her partner won the Women's Doubles 45–49 title at HYROX Jakarta. They finished as the seventh fastest women's doubles team across all age categories and ranked 86th in the world in their category. They were the only Southeast Asian duo in the global top 100.
