Traditional personal training can cost over RM250 per session. It also requires you to be locked in with one trainer.. but we’ve found a better way. Our small-group approach offers you the same individualized workouts tailored to your goals, but at a fraction of the cost and with way more scheduling flexibility.

This class focuses on a lower volume of movements with an increased emphasis on moves that develop serious strength. Prepare to get strong, Heroes!

Glow With The Flow (Yoga)

This class is an invigorating full-body flow and stretch where you will explore movements and poses that strengthens, balances and empowers your body and mind as you move – connecting with your breath.

Tabata Party

Get ready for the best small-group circuit party of the year! Say hello to a dynamic conditioning experience: 20-seconds bouts of effort followed by 10 seconds of rest x 8 = 4 minute intervals to decrease body fat and dramatically improve fitness fast!

Heroes@Home (Livestream)

Our classes are now being offered as two-way, live-streamed Zoom classes – we can now train you in the comfort of your own home from anywhere in the world with minimum equipment.
